I founded Methodologies, Inc over 25 years ago to partner with organizations on defining, implementing and sustaining large scale, transformational change. I work with clients by understanding the ‘Whole System’ impact of the desired change and build strategies, programs, processes and systems to support the future direction. My approach is to be practical, creative and agile by bringing best practice tools and methodologies to successfully implement change initiatives with minimal disruption to employees and the business. I believe to achieve lasting change we have to begin from within, so I provide a people-centric approach that helps breakthrough resistance, build commitment, prepare for the future and sustain the change. I am a trusted partner who builds strong relationships with clients to help them drive organizational and cultural transformation that delivers results.
